Dave Janca, Founder

VineMeds’ founder, Dave Janca, brings over 35 years of industry experience to the company. Dave’s most recent success was ValueCentric, LLC which he founded 2002.  He quickly built the company into the leader in Channel data management, analytics, and reporting solutions. As the first SaaS platform in pharma, ValueTrak evolved to include data and services to support specialty pharmacy and medical products. Dave sold ValueCentric in 2019 to IQVIA (IQVIA:NYSE - IQV). 

In 1995, Dave co-founded Supply Chain Solutions, an enterprise replenishment technology company.  The SCORE product, developed under Dave’s leadership, remains the standard for replenishment activities in the pharmaceutical distribution industry. NonStop Solutions, (now Manhattan Associates, NASDAQ: MANH) acquired Supply Chain Solutions in 2000. 

Dave began his career in the healthcare industry spending ten years with Cardinal Health as Vice President of Purchasing. Dave is viewed as an expert in the healthcare distribution supply channel. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Marketing.

Dave was recently named the recipient of the 2023 Distribution Management Award for Industry Leadership by the Healthcare Distribution Alliance (HDA).  This award honors an individual who has greatly enhanced and elevated trading partner relationships, contributed to the development of industry knowledge and has actively participated to advance the state of the industry. 

Conrad Morgiewicz, Vice President of Business Development

Conrad is an experienced sales executive within the healthcare data and software services industry as well as the supply chain and logistics technology industry.  For over 16 years, Conrad served as Senior Account Executive and Head of Sales at ValueCentric/IQVIA, responsible for sales of its flagship product, ValueTrak, a platform used by pharmaceutical manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, and other participants in the pharmaceutical supply channel.  Most recently Conrad was an Area Vice President of Life Sciences at Komodo Health.

Prior to Conrad’s experiences in the Healthcare Industry, Conrad’s sales and leadership experiences in Supply Chain technologies included his selection as the first US Sales Executive for on-demand logistics services at CubeRoute/Decartes, Sales Account Manager at WebPlan/Kinaxis, and Business Development manager at Lockheed Martin.

Conrad is a US Air Force Veteran with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College and a graduate of USAF Squadrons Officers School.

Cam Hall, Chief Operating Officer & Head of Products

Cam Hall is an experienced executive with a diverse background in healthcare, data analytics and technology.  For over 15 years, Cam led the Product and Client Service organizations at ValueCentric/IQVIA, managing the company’s flagship product, ValueTrak, a platform used by pharmaceutical manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, and other participants in the pharmaceutical supply channel.  Cam frequently appears at major pharmaceutical conferences as a guest speaker and subject matter expert speaking about key industry topics including supply chain analytics best practices and the implications of serialization for the pharmaceutical industry.

Prior to ValueCentric, Cam worked as a Product Manager at BlackBerry (formerly Research in Motion), where he was responsible for launching numerous BlackBerry handheld devices across the U.S. and Canada.

Cam holds a degree in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, and an MBA from University at Buffalo.

Judy Feldman, Consulting & Data Strategy

Judy Feldman’s passion is finding the intersection between business strategies and Information Technologies; her focus is leveraging data strategies to increase value to companies.  She got her start in IT in the aerospace industry where she ran a business area for Raytheon.  She moved back to her hometown of Buffalo to be close to family and help an entrepreneurial company mature. She subsequently moved into the healthcare payer industry where, as CIO, she helped a company restructure their core data & technologies to enable visionary business strategies.  Judy branched out as an independent consultant, servicing clients in healthcare and pharmaceutical supply chain. 

 

Judy has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science/Mathematics from SUNY at Albany and a graduate degree from the Viterbi school of Engineering at University of Southern California (USC).  Judy is proud to serve on several local boards and is currently on the Dean’s Advisory Council for the University at Buffalo School of Engineering.   In her spare time, Judy mentors startups and sponsors women in STEM.
